"Combined operation of the Saturn IB launch vehicle, the Apollo command and service modules, and the Manned Space Flight Network during a manned orbital mission will be examined."
This plaque is located in the outside Saturn-V display of the Davidson Center for Space Exploration at the Space & Rocket Center, Huntsville, Alabama... for Apollo 7 it reads:
